General Pro Roofing just replaced my roof with excellent job. Carlos brought his big crew (10 workers) to get the work done just in one day. They’re very professional. Everyone knows what they’re doing. They really spend their time to install the very little detail spots and make them right. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Carlos’ team replaced our roof and deck. After hiring other companies that failed to fix a persistent leak, Carlos’ team came in and identified the problem, outlined a good long term solution and ripped up and replaced the roof in just a couple days. We found alot of surprises on the project and they handled each one extremely professionally. The attention to detail was fantastic - they ended up re-pitching, ripping out 3 previous roofs, and installing new gutters + railing that needed custom fittings around a tight staircase. I can highly recommend their work!!

I am the president of an 8-unit COOP in Brooklyn. NYC General Pro Roofing replaced the roof on our building in May of 2021 and I am posting on behalf of the entire building to say that Carlos and his team exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. Prior to starting the project Carlos made multiple visits to the building to inspect the roof and discuss options and then he worked with me to make several revisions to his scope. NYC General Pro Roofing by far offered the most competitive bid on our project in terms of pricing, scope, materials, warranty, means and methods. Work was completed in a very timely fashion (and consistent with the scope) with zero impact on building operations. Carlos and his team accessed our roof using ladders (4 story building) and all materials and garbage were delivered/removed by crane so there were no issues with cleanliness in our hallway. Most importantly, the quality of the work is absolutely top notch and there was regular and clear communication throughout the project. Attention to detail was superior with many elements being completed that were not even offered by other companies. For example General Pro Roofing replaced the entire roof scupper and downspout system and other companies told us that would not be possible. I highly recommend General Pro Roofing based on this experience.
