If I could give them 10 stars I would! A fully licensed and insured company, which is important to me as a claims adjuster. Scott had come out to our home a year or so ago when we had a leak and fixed the leak and advised we would eventually need a new roof but we could wait 2-3 years. This year we had another leak and figured time was up so we naturally went back to Scott because of his great customer service the first time around! Scott came out and did an estimate, it was an extremely fair price and they even fixed the two fans that were not properly vented, which could have eventually lead to a house or attic fire. Lori, his office manager, was so extremely wonderful to deal with answering every email, fitting us into the schedule when we requested! The head Forman, Tom, was wonderful he even had his little dog, Bean, with him who was the sweetest little angel and would sit in the truck and watch everyone work! All of the works were extremely nice, professional, and worked from 8am until well beyond 5pm to get the job done. There was not one piece of garbage left anywhere near our home I was shocked. Our neighbor was telling us the company she used she was picking up garbage for a week after they left so we were extremely thankful! Why I really want to shout out Tom specifically is we have three dogs at home. That man took a massive magnet and went through every inch of our backyard extremely meticulously making sure there was not a single nail or anything that could have harmed our pups! We are so thankful for that! The roof looks incredible! They did an extremely awesome job with the new flushing around the chimney, which is so critical for the harsh Buffalo winters! Highly recommend!

When my husband called for an estimate, they gave him a time and were here right at the time they said. Same with the day of the job, right on time. The job was done in a timely manner, everything cleaned up, in fact you would never know anyone was working here. The guys were friendly and efficient, and explained what they were going to do. The cost of the job was also very fair. Last but certainly not least, the person in the office was nice to deal with too. It was a great first impression. All in all it was a very positive experience.

The crew that did my daughter’s roof was on time, friendly and informative of problems they encountered while doing the roof. Lori in the office, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with also. Overall it was a great experience for my daughter and I.

They removed my old siding. Resided my home and did soffits, gutters, trimmed windows and garage door. It looks AMAZING!
