It's true just drive in here and pick any resident to talk to. After he gets your money you realize what a horror of a home your stuck with. They don't respond to your request to fix anything and when they do they send unqualified people to do the fixing. Most people just got tired of asking so they paid for the repairs themselves. We have a stream that flows along the back side of our property. I had to dig a trench so it would not puddle in my back yard. One neighbor had a smell like a dead body eminating from his basement and they couldn't figure out what it was so quick response or some company like that put some kind of vapor barrier or something to stop it. Like you can't make this stuff up. He's also building these on the corner of Pruyn Hill and Farm to Market Rd. Same hot mess of a townhome with different face. Now he's finishing the golf course which is another way of conning you into some great community. NOT. I wish you could see the beginning stages of this construction job. Smoke and mirrors. Yeah theres no HOA here either and people are popping up with multiple sheds, pergolas, etc... No policing this. And he's sure not gonna do anything. Not to mention this was an old farm land years ago and I don't have to tell you what that smells like in the summer. And Flies? Yeah FLIES!!. In closing I hope I've educated anyone from the nightmares we all have endure these past 3 years.

I’m a retired builder and I understand people have complaints about the quality of construction. There is a point where the house you are going to buy and the cost to build it are what they are , so as a builder you have to cut where you can, that being said, Tansky built an affordable townhouse in a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood that you can retire in. We all know when we were looking at townhouses, we didn’t want to spend an extra 100,000, so we opted for an affordable alternative, Bruce Tansky.
I could not be happier with my surroundings. It’s quiet, peaceful and we got to bank that 100,000. We knew when we bought it we were not getting a custom home, so we put money into the home .
Tansky, that you for giving us an opportunity to live in one of you developments.

I purchased my townhome from Bruce Tanski 18 years ago since then I have had very few problems. When I need advice on a repair Bruce is quick to recommend and/or send one of his crew to do the work at a fair and reasonable price. Recently I had a roof leak and had a roofer give me a replacement estimate for $9,000. I called Bruce and he and his roofer came to look at it. He told me that it didn’t need a new roof only a small repair. Within a week He sent his roofer to do the repair.

BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! If Google would allow us to give negative stars we would! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES AND EXTRA MONEY YOU WILL END UP PAYING TO CORRECT THE POOR LEVEL OF CONSTRUCTION & ERRORS!! USED COVID EXCUSE TO AVOID DOING ANYTHING.
This is a horrible company - Tanski thinks just because he has money that he answers to no one. Bought a property several years ago - after over 2 years of trying to get our punch list matters (6 pages worth) taken care of without as much as a reply to hundreds of texts, calls, e-mails we ended up paying out of pocket for repairs because we couldn't wait any longer (which is what they count on). We sent several requests, only to be told that our warranty time has passed! Well, if they took care of the matters during the time they were LEGALLY required to do so and after we repeatedly requested these repairs which were ALL within the appropriate time period, everything would be fine. This company and their agent are nothing but liars and thieves. They cater to their "buddies" and those who they deem "worthy" - everyone else, not so much. They are quite happy to take your money, but after that it's 'adios amigos!' - unless it's a matter that's overseen by the Town or a Government agency, you are SOL. If you go forward, you will be very sorry.

I moved into my townhouse built by Bruce Tanski Construction in June 2017. Everything at the closing went well. Apparently according to the town, it take a year for them to update their tax roll regarding the ownership of the home. A school tax bill was mailed out to Bruce Tanski Construction on September 1 of 2017. I did not know this and never received the bill. By chance I was looking online and noticed the name of the school tax bill had not been changed into my name and it was off to collections. Tanski never forwarded to bill to me. I asked them to pay just the fees on the bill since it seems it would be common courtesy for them to forward the bill to me. They claim they never received it. I would like to take this opportunity to warn people of the very poor customer service they are in for once they purchase a home from Tanski. This has also shown up in other areas, like my hydroseed was washed away in the rain and they will not redo it. It is riddled with huge bare spots and looks terrible.
