After spending more than $150,000 with this company I was extraordinarily disappointed with my final large purchase of 12 windows for my home. The sales personal was nothing more than that. Sold me low quality windows through which breeze can be felt at a noticeable rate. I have been dealing with the company for months to rectify the situation and to no avail. I still have subpar windows and extraordinary disappointment from a company I once trusted and I feel they took advantage of said trust.

They have a large selection of products and their fast friendly staff is just remarkable and so on top of the best customer experience and customer service. Couldn't ask for a better place to shop for general home repairs and any of a contractors needs.

Needed a clay thimble for chimney. None to be found around Corry or Warren. Chautauqua brick had everything we need. Nice friendly staff.
