This was our 3rd house being done by Dalex. Just think about how good they must be if we used them 3 times (Old House, New House and parents house) they were flexible on the time frame, it took us a few months to close on our home equity loan, once The contract was signed, it was about 2 weeks before they started the work. Team of 5 guys and 2 women tore off, replaced 27 sheets of plywood and re shingled the roof IN ONE DAY.
After their clean up I only found some dust on My plants, a few shreads of underlayment a chunk of rotting wood and 3 nails (which were not in easy to find locations) they did an amazing job, even My discerning neighbor was impressed.
About a week later The gutter team showed up, they did an amazing job, they fixed a few cosmetic things from the roofers and Left a few scraps in an easy to miss out of the way corner, because they fixed the other things I couldn't even complain about picking up the minimal trash left, it was one piece of downspout and a few of the centers they drill out of the bottom of the gutter to connect the downspout. One hand and cleaned.
Only complaint they accidentally cut one of My outdoor camera power cords, but they probably came off with the gutters

Our 1830 farmhoyse roof was in bery poor condition. Not only did they communicate well, but kept our cost down even when dealing with many unexpexted situations.This company and their employees are top-notch. My standards as a fellow tradesman are very high. My company and employees would have been privileged to work with Dalex. Excellent workmanship, listened to all our concerns, and went the extra mile to satisfy us. Even removed the snakes from the demoed roof eve!!!
