Byron and the Eagle Roofing team provided great service at a great price!
The services provided were installing a new roof, new windows and new sidings. Byron was the only contractor who went to the roof to inspect the roof. His advice was to replace the plywood as this was rotten, not an advice I received from other contractors also. Byron's brother, Hector was also very helpful in recommending the right windows for more durability and better look. As you can see from the picture the sidings installation came out great. Byron was also able to help install some new doors and flood light cameras.
Our house was the ugly duckling from the block but not anymore thanks to Eagle Roofing. We highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eagle Contractors, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Typically, when getting quotes for a roofing project, it’s a good idea to gather a few options. However, after Bryon Perez from Eagle Contractors came out to assess my roof, I knew I had found the right company.
From the moment he arrived, Bryon was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the different types of shingles and roofing materials. His knowledge was impressive, and he didn’t rush through the consultation. He made sure I understood all of my options, helping me make an informed decision about the best choice for my home.
What stood out the most was how comfortable I felt with him. His expertise, combined with his genuine approach, made it easy for me to decide to hire Eagle Contractors on the spot. If you're looking for a reliable, professional roofing company with knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend Eagle Contractors and Bryon Perez. They truly earned my trust and my business!

Byron from beginning to end was professional kind and updated every step of the way.
I used them 2 different times. The first time we used eagle roofing was before we sold my old house on Staten Island we didn’t realize how bad the roof was. Byron and his crew came out gave us a fair price and was there the next day to start. Thank god they started when they did because the follow day after they finished there was horrible rain like sheets of water coming down. Thanks to their amazing work my house was protected and not one issue came of my roof.
Fast forward to this past month I recently bought a new house that the inspector screwed me with. I questioned the roof was told yes it’s a good roof within a week a purchasing the house my roof was shredding apart we immediately called eagle roofing and they responded immediately came went up on the roof showed my husband and I pictures and said the roof needed to be replaced. I personally think for my roof, fixing of siding, new gutters animal guards and my back porch to be fixed 21000 was a fair price. Every step of the way they provided us with pictures and updates helped us by cleaning out the horrible mess left by the previous people that worked on the house and was kind and took their time.
The day of the roof being fixed it did rain and even with that they covered the portion that they were still working on until it stopped to protect the inside of my home with no issues. They finish the roof that same day.
I would highly recommend them and I would use them again god for bid of anything. These are down to earth people and they really take care of their customers. Overall professionalism is exceptional.

First, I’d like to say look no further for a roofer. Our home was built in 1986, and so our roof had aged, but not like fine wine. We started to see shingles displace and then eventually flying right off. I knew our putting off the “roof project” was becoming a you’re gonna regret it later moment. I started to look for local roofers and came across quite a few. The next step, I started to look through the reviews; particularly those on Google. Lord! When I came across Eagle Roofing, I was pretty impressed with all of the positive reviews. I decided to make a few calls and included them as one of the calls. I got about 3/4 quotes. This companies quote was somewhere in the middle. What made me decide to seal the deal was when I met with Carlos. He filled me in on the products they use, showed me samples and really took the time to explain everything and the process. I have this sense of people and he seemed very honest, kind and humble. I didn’t immediately agree on giving him the job but deep down I felt like he was the right guy. So I called him a day later. Project day came. I was skeptical that the job would be completed in one day, so I kept my fingers crossed. I was also nervous about the craftsmanship on a one day project!
I was so impressed with how punctual the crew was and how Carlos kept me updated throughout each phase of the roof project. He took photos and shared them with me l as the project progressed. The roof removal was quite messy as you can imagine and I was a little on edge but didn’t complain as I know construction and demo are never pretty. As promised the roof was completed by the end of the day and my front yard looked like I didn’t just have an entire roof redone! I was so impressed with their cleanup. Literally like it never happened. I seldomly write reviews, but this company definitely exceeded our expectations. I already spoke with Carlos about the next project SIDING!!!! You will not be disappointed. Hire these guys!!
