Nicole was amazing during the inspection, making sure I understood what she was finding, what options there were, advantages and disadvantages to those options, etc. She did her research! Installation blew by! The lead was super responsive and nice, happy to answer questions and ensure the work was good. The roofers themselves killed it, removing and installing the new roof and venting all within a day, and with very good quality work!
I've had great experiences with Graves Bros. Two years ago, the replaced my roof and recently they relaced my siding. Each time, eveeyone was professsional from the sales person, accounts recievable down to the workers. Everyone was respectful of our property and accommodatd my work. I would recommend Graves to anyone who is looking to replace their roof, siding and more. Im looking forward to replacing the windows a d doors soon.
Had a great experience with our new roof. Bob and his crew were outstanding and even though there were a few snags, they made necessary repairs and left us with a lovely roof. The house is 115 years old this year so held many surprises. Rich came in on the second day and completed the job with exceptional attention to detail!
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their crew started on Tuesday and were done by the following Monday, even came on a Saturday to get some more work done. Unfortunately a few days after the work was completed we got hit with 55mph wind gusts that took off a couple of fascia pieces. Called the job supervisor the following morning and sent him the pictures. Assumed it would be a thing of be back next week or on the weekend to take care of it. Nope! Instead they came right down that very same day and got it all straightened out and back together! Genuinely can’t say enough good things about them just for doing that alone. Absolutely top class people and a damn great company to work with. Plus the house has never looked this beautiful
They are fantastic. I was at first concerned with the time it took to start the job itself but once they came, the siding was completed in 3.5 days instead of 7 days. Worked hard. Looks absolutely beautiful. One small issue came up, when I pointed it out, they fixed it immediately. Exceeded all my expectations. Not the cheapest , not most expensive, worth every dime
