Customer warning! Look elsewhere for any roofing needs. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through regarding my warranty service request. Despite multiple emails, texts, and the website, I have been ghosted. This has caused me so much stress and anxiety trying to receive a response. The chimney boot around our woodstove pipe needs immediate repair, each time it rains, it's coming into our dining room. There are several other issues they said they would fix.
Furthermore, I was told that a crew would come earlier this month, but no one showed up, nor did I receive a call or explanation. This has been going on since April 2025 after another company took a look at our roof and identified multiple issues.
This level of service is unacceptable, I do NOT recommend them at all. Metal roof installed in September 2019.

I recently had my roof completely replaced by J Lindsley Roofing and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first call to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and with great care.
Jamie showed up on time, thoroughly inspected the roof, explained all my options without any high-pressure sales tactics, and gave me a clear, detailed quote. The pricing was very fair and competitive.
The crew arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently, and took extra care to protect my landscaping and windows. They were polite, answered all my questions, kept me up to date with pictures of the roof and left the yard spotless—you honestly couldn’t tell they’d been there except for the beautiful new roof!
The quality of workmanship is top-notch. The shingles are perfectly aligned, flashing looks solid and fascia is great!
Jennifer Lindsley was also excellent throughout—quick responses to texts and calls and very easy to communicate with every time.
If you need roof work done, do yourself a favor and call. Honest, skilled, and truly care about doing the job right. Thank you!

Seamless experience! Highly recommend for pricing and ease. I called to request a quote, Jamie came and quoted, answered all of my questions, gave us additional requested information. Once the quote was sent, we took some time to make sure our actions were the right ones for us. There was no pressure, additional questions were answered promptly and a timeline given. Called to follow up on date of installation to ensure my partner would be aware so he could make accommodations for work during the installation, Jen immediately answered my questions and gave me options for installation days. Crew showed up as anticipated, answered all questions, ensured we were satisfied with the results. Cleanup was thorough and Joe ensured that all of the small details for the facia and soffit installation were buttoned up before calling it complete. Grateful to have peace of mind this winter!
