JKS did a phenomenal job on our project, which included new roof, windows, siding, and gutters. We couldn’t be more satisfied with their work or with the entire experience. Everyone from Carrie (and Brittany) in the office, Phil, Jeremy, and the crews themselves made the entire process simple for us. Not one of our questions was treated as a bother. They’re just wonderful and we highly recommend them.

Let me just say that JKS is beyond fantastic... talking about a top-shelf... honest... responsible and professional company...well, this is it! From my first phone call with Carrie, to the estimate from Franklin, to the work done by Eric and Eric... my wife and I couldn't have been more pleased. Their attention to detail is very obvious to me when the work was completed. Believe me, I looked it over inch by inch, and was amazed at the craftsmanship... NO JOKE!! Give them a call and you'll soon see what I'm talking about. No wonder they're in business for as long as they have been. If there was a 10 star rating, I'd give it to them. On to the next home project... wont even think about calling anyone else.

Like many others around this time of year, we are stuck with snow and ice on our roof. If you’ve been through this, you know, water travels. With the temperatures rising we all of a sudden faced water dripping in our house all across the beam and down the sides of the wall. We called JKS home improvements and right away there was a crew here to clear it out. We cannot believe how quick they responded and what a great job they did. We are so excited that the water has stopped. It would have been much worse if we didn’t have it taken care of it immediately. We had new double glazed windows put in by this company and was very pleased with the speed and expertise of the 2 fitters Dave & Paul, always cleared up and left everything neat and tidy, polite & helpful, we would definitely use this company again.

Not sure where the negative reviews come from. These guys did an amazing job. We were hit with the July 3rd hail storm that did extensive damage to our roof and siding. These guys jumped right in and completed the entire job in 4 days. They answered all questions and called me back quickly every time without fail. The entire team was courteous and attentive to our needs and completion of the job. I will and already have recommended them to others who need the same repairs. Trust those who live in our community not some outsider!
