They are really amazing ,friendly , kind, and very helpful. The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful. The guys that came and did the work were very good and they had the work done very fast. It looks wonderful. I would recommend they to anyone if you need a roof replacement. I got a good impression with Chris the first time I met him . He is very nice and easy to talk to, Elvis is an another great person. He showed me all the pictures, and did a great job also. We recently had our roof redone by Paragon Roofing in Catskill, and the entire experience — from the first call to the final clean-up — was exceptional. Paragon Roofing did a professional job on our roof last Friday. The team worked all day from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM with barely a 30 minute break around 1:00 PM.
