Our original roof was over 20 years old and not giving us any problems, but we wanted to stay ahead of the curve and decided to replace it. We solicited 3 quotes and, on the recommendation of a friend that had used Pinnacle and who was very satisfied, went with the company. From the first visit from sales, to clean up and final inspection, we were very happy with the crew and the finished product. I am confident that if a problem should arise, (which is unexpected), it would be resolved promptly and professionally.

Noah and his crew went above and beyond in every way from helping me choose a roof that matched my home to the cleanup after the installation. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the overall professionalism from start to finish!
I’m retired and have changed many of my roofs before. Pinnacle was the best roofer I ever had! Friendly, hardworking and professional in everything. The price was reasonable and they did extra work at my request for the reasonable cost of time and materials. I asked them to remove an obsolete chimney, 5 feet of it above the roof line and 12 feet inside the 3rd floor. When Noah (the owner) came to give a bid, he explained everything they proposed to address the harsh Erie weather. Erik (the lead foreman on site) recommended against improvements that were not necessary, but gladly complied with my request for extra work I really wanted done. Bob is their internal inspector. Bob sent a guy back to fix minor imperfections that really didn’t bother me, so they police their own work to make sure everything is done perfectly, above and beyond the call of duty before the final billing. Colleen in the office was super easy to work with. With the final bill, she provided photos of problem areas they fixed. From start to finish communication was great. The guys working on my roof were all professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I had initial estimate 2 yrs ago and Noah was honest with me about being able to wait a couple years. I had many estimates and I knew Pinnacle was the best and safest choice, not to mention, the pricing beat every other estimate I had received. I'm comfortable with my decision to use Pinnacle.
Zach and his team were attentive to details, efficient, punctual and skilled at their trade. Our barn siding looks great, along with Zack and Justin suggested a couple things to really pull the colors together and stand out the accents. Whole property was well cleaned up after completion.
