When our roof needed replacement Pinnacle was one of the companies that we got an estimate from. The salesperson arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. As he detailed everything that our roof replacement would include I was thinking this is going to be very expensive as it seemed like all the layers and materials would be expensive. I was shocked when Pinnacle was almost $3k less than a local small contractor. The salesperson wasn't high pressure. We signed to have the roof replaced and the crew that arrived to do the replacement arrived on time and were gentlemen. I was carrying a large item out to my car and one of the workers came right over and asked if I needed help. He carried the item for me. The roof was competed in 1 day. I was impressed with the steps that they took to ensure no damage occurred to my landscaping, windows, etc. The cleanup was fantastic, no spare nails, etc left on my driveway or lawn. The foreman was knowledgeable and even hung a downspout that had recently fallen for us. The roof looks incredible and the price was great. Had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle.

I can't say enough great things about Pinnacle Roofing. They've just completed a Davinci Slate roof on our house and the results are absolutely amazing. Everything down to the copper details are beautiful. The process from quote to execution were seamless. The crew were true atisans, always polite and professional. They left the site immaculate every day and kept us apprised of their progress as the job went along. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a roofer. Pinnacle Roofing was outstanding from start to finish! From the initial communication to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism and care! They were prompt, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the entire area neat and well organized throughout the job, which made a big difference! The new roof looks absolutely amazing!
They also installed two new skylights, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent—everything looks beautiful and was done with great attention to detail. They explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience stress-free!!

Pinnacle did a great job on replacing our roof and the installation of new skylights in Vermont. The representative that met with us before we signed the contract clearly explained everything and listened to our concerns and needs. He did not pressure us into signing as many others would. A few weeks after we signed, the crew arrived at the time agreed to. They were professional, knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and pleasant to deal with. The project took three days as initially estimated (with one day off due to rain). The crew arrived early each morning and worked hard all day until about 7 pm. A supervisor was there the entire time. I was amazed at their stamina. They worked extremely well as a team. They protected the house, landscaping and grounds well and cleaned up each evening. My hope that Pinnacle would execute the roof replacement as well as it was initially presented was met, if not exceeded. Pinnacle was not the least expensive bid I received, but well worth every dollar (you get what you pay for). I later learned that a neighbor had previously used Pinnacle and was similarly impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

Thank you for our gorgeous new roof—Steve and the team on sight were quick, professional, and made what seemed like a huge job feel effortless! They were in and out in two days, addressed issues we were having with quality solutions, no mess left behind, nothing left unfinished, great experience from start to finish—even when I drove them nuts wanting to change the shingle color at the last minute.. we even got two new super cool remote controlled skylights
