We called Haitz for roof leak and they responded immediately. We reached out to Mike because we knew the roof needed replacement soon anyways.
We could not be more impressed or happy with the roof replacement they just completed! Lydia, Javier and their crew arrived exactly when they said and let me be clear- they are thorough and efficient beyond expectations. They did a complete tear off, repair and new architectural roof in less than a day and a half. Wind, rain- they didn't stop (except for pouring rain)
They also inspected and cleaned every piece of plastic and paper on the lawn, hedges and driveway. They insured every nail was picked up.
So refreshing to see a crew that works that hard, that diligently and that thoroughly. In today's society this a wonderful and uncommon thing.

Having them come out to make a small repair on my roof. I have used them in the past and they always treat me well. They are competitively priced and their craftsmanship is up to my standards. In the greater Genesee Orleans area they are the only ones I call when I have anything to be repaired on my roof.

These posts about withholding payment are about a drill that fell on a car at a job site that is being processed through the insurance company. No payment is being withheld. When the company tried to pay the first estimate 2 days after it was received it was refused. A second estimate was presented for 3 and 1/2 times more than the first. That is when the claim was turned over to the insurance company. Before you slander a companies good name get your facts straight. This is all in writing and proof is available.
