I have been in the construction business for over 35 years and have rarely dealt with a company as professional and accommodating as Roofs by Bryan. I was out of town while my roof was installed and Dave L., the project manager, kept me up to date with every phase of the project. Dave sent me over 160 photos (some via drone) to ensure my satisfaction.
Roofs by Bryan tore off and replaced a 50 square foot roof. They replaced two skylights, installed new gutters and guards within 2 days. The clean up was impeccable.
I give Roofs by Bryan a 5 star rating and would recommend this company to friends and family.

From the moment I talked with someone in customer service through the installation, I felt very good about my decision to go with Roofs By Bryan. Bryan came out and gave an honest review of the roof after what we thought would be a simple repair (even he did not come out ready to sell me a new roof.) He gave a thorough inspection of the roof which lead to a competitive quote. The initial process is personal and the installation is detailed and you are kept "in the know" during the full installation process. I was especially impressed when Dave asked me about the vent for my upstairs bathroom fan; a retrofit that had simply been vented out of the attic vent. They took the time and properly vented it out of the roof and actually improved the performance of the bathroom fan in the process. I could not have been more pleased with the results and the overall experience. Especially with a situation that no one wants to be in with a leaky roof.

We couldn't be happier with our roof! We had a couple of spots that had dry rotted and having those fixed along with the rest of the roof made everything look so fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional and made everything easy to understand. The crew was very thorough with clean up which alleviated any stress of taking our dog out after they were done. We would absolutely recommend Roofs by Bryan to anyone.

Excellent work off tear out of old and install of new roof this week from Roofs By Bryan. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard for the two days needed to finish the job. Job was executed exactly as promised. Crew did an amazing job of cleaning the work site after the install. Shout out to Dave Lauria for handling all the on-site details. Bryan was great to work with and explained the plan well. Very happy with the final product!
