    I have used Unified for window & door replacements. They are very reliable & efficient. I am a returning customer after they did excellent work on my garage door & windows. I just had 3 windows replaced in my home & I would recommend them. I intend to use them again for any other home repairs, etc, in the future.

    We loved our door but after two years the painting was chipping off. we reached out to Unified Home Remodeling. They got back to us right away. Steven Dimare ( CEO) personally reached out to us. While reviewing the case they kept us informed. They came and replaced the back panel. Chris the technician was skillful and professional. we have back our beautiful door. Highly recommend the company as they stand by their products.Pictures of before and after

    I’ve had four prior jobs completed by Unified. And they have all been very positive experiences, however this last job – the job was delayed, however there was no follow up and zero communication from Unified. When the job (manufacturing) was delayed, I called Unified for a status update however they have now changed how they interact with customers as no human answers the phone. You can only leave a message, and the message further directs you to email the service/scheduling department for a status, for which they ask for a 72-hour turnaround. No matter when you call, or what button you press you will not be able to speak to a human after the sale. I never received one return call or a single email response from the service/scheduling department regarding my job. I am from the pre-Millennial era – and I still prefer to speak with someone. The only email communication that I received was from my Salesperson (Tom C.), as he was copied on my emails. His email response indicated that he forwarded my email to the service/scheduling department and to allow 72-hours for a response – that response never happened. They really dropped the ball when it comes to communication with the customer. Seems like they are catering to a much younger demographic (Millennials, Gen-Z Gen-Alpha) who only want to communicate electronically – that is not me! I do want to end this on a very positive note, because the installer (Brown) saved the day. Brown arrived early, was very professional, knowledgeable and backed into the driveway and immediately got to work. There was a significant unforeseen issue discovered by Brown during the install of the steel side entry door that had to be addressed before the installation could resume - and after speaking with a manager (installation manager?) and getting absolutely nowhere, the Owner of Unified got on the phone with me and we worked thru the issue so Brown could continue with the installation and finish the job. My job consisted of a garage window and steel side entry door for my garage, Unified had previously installed 2-large overhead garage doors several years ago and now everything matches. I really want to mention that Brown saved this job from being an absolute disaster to a wonderful and positive outcome that looks incredible and for this I am grateful. He is solely the reason for the multi five-star review.

    I was 100% happy with them. I also love the fact that the installers made sure everything was nice and clean as they continued working. They also made a point to show me that the windows were working and had no problem answering any questions that I had. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great job!!

    I’m disappointed with the condition in which the job was left and feel these issues fall short of a professional finished installation. Specifically, I’ve noticed the following: Several windows were left visibly dirty on the glass and frames. Some window frames have scuff marks, paint damaged and residue that were not cleaned or addressed. One window was left with the manufacturer’s sticker still attached. Silicone/caulking residue was left on the glass and frame in multiple areas. These are all finish-related issues that should have been handled before the job was considered complete. Took them 3 weeks after I sent am email to email to to schedule a clean up which is very unprofessional. By the time they called I already dealt with the matter.
